Return Policy and Conditions

  • -Customers may return items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
  • -Defective products may be returned within 30 days, after which you must follow the manufacturer's warranty policy.
  • -Defective product must also be returned with original packaging.
  • -Customers must request RMA (Return Material Authorization) number prior to returning merchandise.  No credit will be issued for products returned  without RMA number.
  • -Returned items that have suffered physical damage by the customer will not be accepted for any reason.
  • -All returns must come in undamaged original packaging. 
  • -DO NOT WRITE ON MANUFACTURER'S BOX, NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN. USE SHIPPING BOX.
  • -Special Orders are non-refundable.
  • -Defective parts or systems will be exchanged with the same parts or systems.
  • -Shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is incurred by the customer.
  • -JMSOnline uses UPS as the primary carrier for Continental USA (CONUS) orders, AK, HI, PR, Guam and other US Territories, USPS will be the carrier.
  • -Refunds for credit card purchases will be credited back to the original credit card, only. Refunds for cash or check will be mailed to the original customer.
  • -All returned items must be received in the original packaging, undamaged, with no missing parts, instructions or accessories, and must be in resalable condition.
  • -Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective. 
  • -Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. 
  • -Electronic components, map software and memory chips is not returnable unless defective.
  • -To Return or Exchange a CDI Electronics product or to determine if it is defective you must contact CDI at 1.800.467.3371 and follow their return policy and procedures.
  • -Order cancellations are to be made via telephone only at 832-308-3163. 
  • -Cancellations will be accepted only if the order has not been processed.  Processed orders are subject to Return Authorization Request Terms and Conditions. To cancel your order, make changes or alter billing/shipping information, call JMSOnline.net at 832-308-3163 during normal office hours. E-mail cancellations are not accepted and will be treated as a Return Authorization Request.
