Return Policy and Conditions

• Customer must request RMA (Return Material Authorization) number prior to returning merchandise.  No credit will be issued for product returned  without RMA number
• Returned items that have suffered physical damage by the customer will not be accepted for any reason.
• All products purchased from JMS Online Marine Supplies may be returned within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
• All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Defective parts or systems will be exchanged with the same parts or systems.
• Shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is incurred by the customer.
• Refunds for credit card purchases will be credited back to the original credit card, only. Refunds for cash or check will be mailed to the original customer.
• All returned items must be received in the original packaging, undamaged, with no missing parts, instructions or accessories, and must be in resalable condition.
• Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.
• Memory is not returnable unless defective.
• Order cancellations are subject to 15% cancellation fee.  Order cancellations are to be made via telephone only at 832-308-3163.  Cancellations will be accepted only if the order has not been processed.  Processed orders are subject to Return Authorization Request Terms and Conditions. To cancel your order, make changes or alter billing/shipping information, call JMSOnline.net at 832-308-3163 during normal office hours. E-mail cancellations are not accepted and will be treated as a Return Authorization Request.
  

JMSOnline.net will make the best effort to show and maintain accurate information on product descriptions,  features, images, pricing and package quantities.   However, JMSOnline.net will not honor pricing errors, misprints, omissions, errors in features or description, differences from the images posted and the product received.
